The rich culture of the subcontinent inspired us to launch Apni Supermarket in order to keep you in touch with your heritage and to help you spend more time doing the things you love, whether that is spending quality time with your family or friends or developing your career, and we will take care of all your grocery and household needs. Throughout the past decade, the online grocery shopping market has skyrocketed, however, the options for Desi grocery items and Halal Meat delivery have remained limited. We set out to build a brand that encapsulated our love for our culture as well as the need for a modern and reliable site and delivery service that fulfilled the needs of the local desi population whilst remaining affordable and therefore accessible to everyone.

Whilst shopping online remains second nature to many of us, we found that some of our older friends and family were not as confident using online services. Having a telephone line that is able to take orders over the phone in Urdu/Hindi is an integral part of our brand and key to being accessible to the local community.
